What We Do
Our boxing training combines the fundamentals of striking, footwork, and defense with high-intensity conditioning to help you move like an athlete and think like a fighter. Every session is designed to build your skills, improve your fitness, and keep you mentally sharp.

Boxing fundamentals: stance, guard, jab, cross, hooks, uppercuts
Advanced mitt work, combos & counter-striking
Footwork & head movement drills
Heavy bag and speed bag conditioning
Shadowboxing for form and flow
Strength & conditioning tailored to boxing

Optional sparring for experienced clients
